We Broker the Barrier

It has been a pleasure to work with the Sellers for so many years, buying and selling condominiums at Daytona Beach Club. Hurricane damage, assessments, and insurance increases kept all sales in the building at bay. We broke the barrier and now have the first unit sold in 16 months in that building. A sign that things are looking up in the Condominium world. We were fortunate enough to work with the buyers as well.
