My company does not suit those who need to go to the office to hang out by the water cooler. We are hiring entrepreneurs who can perform on their own doing

We do offer an exceptional commission for the high producer and a teared rate for those who have not had enough transactions to be considered an experienced agent.

Chelle Realty LLC was established in 2010 in Ormond Beach, FL as a virtual office with a single Broker Owner, Michelle Cecchini. In 2023 Michelle changed the company name to Shell Realty LLC, offering a more common name for recruiting new agents and growing the company. Come grow with us!
